the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World (TWAS) has benn promoting over 300 fellowships each year for PhD, Postdoctoral and Advanced Research. These fellowships provide platforms for scientists from developing countries to study and research in other congeneric countries. The programmes are overseen jointly by TWAS and various host institutes among countries in the South, including Brazil, China, India, Malaysia and Pakistan.
